Prof. Adrian Sargeant, PhD

Adrian Sargeant is the Co-Director of the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy. He was formerly the first Hartsook Chair in Fundraising at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University.

Adrian is a Visiting Professor of Fundraising at Avila University and the Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia.

In 2010 in the United States he was named to the prestigious Nonprofit Times, Power and Influence list and in the same year received a Civil Society award in the UK for his services to the profession of fundraising.

In 2016 he received a lifetime achievement award from the Institute of Fundraising. Adrian designed the UK’s system of professional education for fundraisers and is currently working on the European qualification framework for the European Fundraising Association.

Jon has over 25 years of experience in senior management roles across the corporate and profit for purpose sectors. He has a strong understanding of churches from a ministry and business perspective and the broader not for profit sector. 

Jon is also personally invested in the leadership of his local church and community. Rev. Dr. Dale Stephenson

Dale has been Senior Pastor of Crossway since January 2008. Known as an innovative and positive leader, Dale is a gifted preacher and teacher with a high respect for God’s Word, a proactive passion for evangelism and a strong commitment to equipping Christian leaders. 

Dale was previously Senior Pastor at New Peninsula Baptist Church (1996–2007). He is married to Edi and they have four adult children.

Steve Morrison

Steve is greatly gifted and experienced in conducting funerals. He has conducted over 1300 funerals and continues to provide specialised counselling for those walking through their individualised grief journey.

In 2016 Steve was awarded the prestigious recognition from the Association for Death Education and Counselling (USA) as a ‘Fellow of Thanatology' - An expert in the scientific study of death and the losses brought about as a result.

Steve has been an ordained minister since 1995. His pastoral positions included Youth, Music, Missions, Senior Minister and National Executive. He holds a Master’s Degree from the Sydney College of Divinity majoring in theology and leadership.

Steve is proven in his ability to work cross-culturally, multi-faith and age and gender diversity. He is an inspiring speaker using technology and great humour to tackle sensitive and important topics. Steve has spoken in the United Kingdom, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, India, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, Vanuatu & throughout Australia.

Steve lives with a drive and commitment for loving life that is contagious. He has been married for over 24 years to Naomi and together they have 3 daughters.

Mathew Neville

Mathew Neville is the Generosity Path Growth Director. Most recently, Mathew was global CEO of Alpha which runs the Alpha course and has led global marketing and fundraising for World Vision. 

He has a background in the corporate tech world with Orange where, as Head of Voice, he was sponsored through an MBA.

He is the founder of The Kindness of Strangers, a growth platform for small churches and non-profits which seeks to help build sustainability.

Mathew and his wife Cathy live in London and have three grown up children.
